Love this location. Anytime I need any service to my car I always come to the Midas here in vista even though I don’t live or work near here anymore. Chris and Paul are always very quick, friendly, transparent, and knowledgeable. As a girl walking into a repair shop you can sometimes feel nervous that they will take advantage of you but not here. They always make time to help you out.

A superlative company to do business with -Efficient, competent, and cordial. These guys go the extra mile to help their customers happy and coming back. They have serviced my and my kids Lexus, several Mercedes Benzes, Toyota Tundra and Tacomas, and others. These guys do it all and make it happen - very competent. They have even stayed late a couple of times to get my vehicles done.

A few weeks ago, I posted a review (copy below) about the damage caused to my vehicle while in the Midas shop in Vista, California, for a routine oil change and tire rotation. This damage resulted in me having to pay $250 in repair costs. In response to my review, the shop owner posted the following: "Our team strives to provide quality service, and we take such concerns seriously. We encourage you to reach out directly to discuss any unresolved issues further". As a result of the owner's invitation to discuss the matter further, I contacted this Midas shop again. To my surprise, and disappointment, there was absolutely no discussion. This is the message I received from the shop manager instead: "The shop owner has declined any reimbursement. We apologize that your request could not be fu

Two issues occurred during the replacement of the radiator. The fasteners used to secure the bumper to the frame were missing. I returned later and the service manager inserted. new fasteners. Problem fixed. Later that day I was driving and started hearing a clunking sound when I slowed to around 5 mph, coming to a stop. The sound was heard again when I accelerated. I brought the car back the next day and when they test drove it, and the driver pulled into the shop parking lot, I noticed the loose component between the installed radiator, and the bumper, moving back and forth, causing the clunking sound. Car was pulled into the bay and the component was secured. Problem fixed.
