Tierney at the front desk was absolutely super nice and made this whole experience easy and stress-free. She was friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was able to get a same-day appointment, which was awesome. They did a full inspection and gave me a detailed inspection report, and Tierney walked me through it. They found a few extra things that need to be fixed or will need attention soon, but there was no pressure at all to get anything done. She explained what was more urgent versus what could wait, which I really appreciated. The service was super quick and overall a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks Midas!

When your van check engine light comes on on the highway on your way to pick up your kids to Christmas shop you may feel deflated- but you’re in luck if you are near this Midas on S. 108th. Not only were they extremely kind, they fit us in when they were clearly very very busy, and the price was clear for the fix and within what you would expect to pay- everything fair! Plus they gave my husband a ride to work because we knew he’d be late otherwise! Amazing customer service! I know this is a long review but TLDR: this place is great, and you’re in good hands!

The best! Such a quick, efficient, professional service. So kind and helpful. Definitely recommend! I came in with a tire issue and they inspected the vehicle. I now know everything that is wrong with the vehicle and they helped me prioritize. I can't say enough good things!

Brian really helped us out! We were driving from Green Bay to Milwaukee and about 15 minutes out of Milwaukee our check engine light was flashing. We knew when it’s flashing that’s extra bad. We called and spoke with Brian who told us we could bring it in. We were panicking because we had to get back home to Green Bay by a certain time and be leaving Milwaukee by 3pm. We thought there was no way we were going to get help on a Saturday, and by the time we had to leave. We brought it in and Brian seemed to already suspect a certain issue, and after diagnosis he was correct. He fixed it quicker than he anticipated and we were able to drive out of there 15 minutes sooner than we needed it to be. The West Allis Midas crew are Amazing! I stopped there early today thanks to a recommendation from my daughter; because I needed a new battery. They fit me in SO quickly that I was able to get to work having only missed a half hour of my day! Very professional, combined with such care for each customer.
