It was my first time at the Midas shop in Wheeling and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they exceeded my expectations. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and very efficient. The whole experience was easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I can’t recommend this auto shop enough! They’ve worked on both my 2011 Ford Escape and my 2011 Chevy Cruze, and every time I’ve left feeling confident that my cars were in the best hands. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and efficient, and they really take the stress out of car repairs. I especially want to mention Tom at the front desk, who made sure I was fully informed about the repairs and gave clear, helpful suggestions. He also catered to my needs and time restraints, making the whole experience even better. I also really appreciated how they send photos of the car to explain what work is needed. Came here the other day for inspection and the guys were super cool and helpful. Were very detailed about everything what’s going on with my car, also it was nice to see everything online through the link as they finished the inspection. Maciej was the Mechanic performing the inspection. Cool guy. Overall good experience and I only paid $55 for oil change and filters.(I did bring my own oil though) every other place was trying to charge me $120+

I had tires replaced on my car on 10-11-25. I was treated so well by Tom and staff. I got a great price, super fast service and this was a great experience. I have a list of repairs to do in the future to keep my car running and I will do them one by one and I will continue to go there.
