I heard a loud sound on my car and wasn’t sure what it was. Ken & Gary immediately got me in to look at it and free of charge. They quickly replaced some of my tire lug nuts that had either been taken off or fallen off. This is as honest as it gets, and I definitely will be returning and recommending to others

Kenny and the guys are extremely easy to work with. No one was able to diagnose what was wrong with my dodge ram engine. It was overheating and the check engine light was on. I took it into suburban auto center and they fixed everything at an extremely affordable price. If you nervous about the pushy or up-sale auto shops this place is for you. Kenny is super honest with 40+ years of experience and like I said the price was very fair for what the work entailed. Highly highly recommend these guys at suburban auto center especially Kenny. Thank you again suburban auto center!

I am sitting in my car still can’t believe what just happened! My car has been making really loud noise. I took it to a Firestone, waited for hours for their inspection and spent hundreds to replace some parts they suggested. The noise was still there. I took my car to Suburban Auto Center and they spent 5 MINUTES to figure out and fix the problem!!! What a magic!!! They are pros! Very kind and honest! I will never go anywhere else!

What can say about Ken and his staff!!!. He is Gentlemen and he will be very honest with you. He tells you what is required for your vehicle. Everywhere we go they gave us an higher price quote but here he put us genuine parts and price is so lower. I will take my car back anytime to Ken and he will fix it. From now on i will only go to this place. I hope 🙏 he wont be retiring so soon i wish and prey for his and his staff a good health.

I've been bringing my cars here for more than 15 yrs now. Owner Ken is not only experienced and skilled but as honest as one can get. He's just a great human being overall. God bless this man! He'll never upsell, fixes only what is necessary and never even charges a lot to the point I often leave feeling guilty. I don't even bother asking what the repair cost will be when dropping off my cars at his shop. No wonder he has tons of regular customers who have been coming to his shop for the last 20+ yrs. I'm going to be so sad when he retires.
