I had a scheduled appointment at 7:30 a.m. and arrived on time, but the shop never opened. I waited and there was no staff present, no sign posted, and no communication explaining the situation. This was very frustrating and unprofessional, especially for an appointment that early in the morning. I hope management addresses this and considers offering a discount or credit for the inconvenience.

Shawn and Nick were incredible. The problem was much smaller than I was anticipating, the integrity throughout the entire interaction never ceased to amaze me. I was in and out in no time and enjoyed every bit of the conversation while there. If I could give them 10 stars they would ABSOLUTELY be given. We took our car into this new Midas Tire and Auto shop for an oil change and were treated great. They have savings coupons on their website, be sure and use! The asst manager there made sure we were comfortable and was very helpful. We would definitely return and recommend our local shop.

The team at Midas was outstanding. I had a challenging issue with my car and I know it took longer than what they had billed me for. Juan, the mechanic, kept at it until it was finally resolved. Shout out to Juan! Also, Sean and Wayne were comforting and encouraging throughout the process. Their overall performance with completing the challenge, providing outstanding customer service and making me feel like I made the right choice on where to take my vehicle has caused me to write this review. I have given them 5 stars, and would give more if I were able. I highly recommend this establishment and I too will return when the need arises.
