Midas

I had the best experience at Midas on Mahoning today. I believe the employee I spoke to was Anthony, and he was beyond friendly. It was refreshing because I am someone who doesn’t know much about cars, but they were extremely welcoming and helpful. I just got my tire patched, and they did a full vehicle inspection which I was very grateful for. They also got me in almost instantly and were very quick. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be coming here for future auto repairs!

Battery change on a 2014 Dodge Journey. They got me in the same day I called. With the wind chills going down to 20 below, I'm very appreciative of that. The guys that work there are very nice and knowledgeable. It didn't take that long. They were a hundred dollars cheaper than several of their competitors. I'll definitely be going back.

It was close to closing time about 10 minutes til. and everyone else that worked there really didn’t give us good customer service and had attitudes except for 1 person and his name was Tony. He took the time to mount our tire on our wheel and was so polite we appreciated Tony and the work he done for us in such little time he really didn’t have to do that and we were very grateful for it.

I had no back lights and my fuse was not working. Midas fixed everything and also gave me a diagnostic report on things I should get done in the future. They work fast and very reasonable prices. Awesome service and great customer service.😁

My car broke down in Youngstown during hour six of a 12-hour road trip, and I was struggling to find a shop that could help me. Thankfully, I found Mahoning Auto Center, and I can honestly say the manager, Tony Costanzo, is one of the kindest and most accommodating people I’ve ever met. Tony went out of his way to fit me in the same day, even though the shop was busy and closing soon. He kept the shop open past closing time to make sure my car was repaired and I could safely continue my trip. Thanks to Tony’s generosity and professionalism, I’m back on the road with complete peace of mind. This shop is the epitome of customer service and excellence.
