My exhaust was rattling, the strapping had rusted off and a replacement would have cost $3,000. They were able to welded on a new strap and only charged me a minute fraction of what a replacement wouod have been. They saved me a ton of money and had it back faster than expected.

William Lawhorne is very disrespectful and rude. He refused to tow a disabled/non running car out of a gravel driveway due to “all the mud”. Said the vehicle must be at the edge of the road because his flat bed wrecker will “get stuck”

Was broke down on the other side of Columbus, 3 hours away on labor day and when no other outfits around Columbus would come pick me up, Brad at middle creek garage out of Wheeling West Virginia drove 170 miles to pick me up. Great company and employees. Appreciate y'all coming to the rescue.

The folks at Middle Creek Garage went above and beyond to help me identify my brother's vehicle after he was killed in the flooding. They took time out of their day to help us find closure. Their kindness and help was a tremendous boon to us as we processed my brother's passing, and we are deeply grateful.

Had a tire blow out on I77 due to pothole while driving to Wheeling to visit family. The tires on my car were run flats and only good to drive 50 miles or so. Made it to Fly, Ohio and had to be towed. Middle Creek was excellent to work with. They sent a driver with a flatbed tow immediately to pick me up. They loaded my car with kid gloves, and I rode with the driver to Wheeling where the tire was replaced. William, the tow truck driver, was professional and courteous. Definitely the type of employee all companies wish they had. Thanks to Middle Creek for a job well done.
