I got taken advantage of for sure at this place. I was sold a vehicle that came with stuff wrong with the engine. It was my own fault for not taking it back within the allotted time frame, but I thought maybe it was just in my head. Well, now I'm left with a vehicle that is not dependable and still trying to figure out what's going on. Service was pretty good. I would have just appreciated some honesty about the vehicle I was buying. Just maybe if you're buying a used car from them, ask them lots of questions about it or take someone with you who is knowledgeable about cars.

purchased a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Mohave in October 2022. Dropped it off with the dealership a week after to have a spray bed liner, tonneau cover and door sill guards installed. When it was returned to me there was overspray on everything, the liner itself was thick and gloopy the tonneau cover was not fastened and the bed rail was mangled. When I called this to their attention they took it back and attempted to fix it. Well the fix was hideous, and they made additional damages to it. They returned it to me with what looked like putty with a fingerprint in it and painted over it and gauged the bed liner down to the metal AND scratched the tailgate. They took it again and this time returned it to me with the tailgate and bed rail fixed but still spray on parts it should not have been bu

Really like Straub! Salespeople attentive but not pushy, something I really appreciate. We were given many financing options from which to choose. They even compared our insurance with other companies to make sure we weren't overpaying (which we weren't so we stayed with our current insurer). Also, you get good maintenance and warranties beyond the standard. The vehicle prices are good as well

Every time I need a new car, Straubs is my go to place! Always receive good service and great vehicles! This experience is probably the best I have ever had! We were approached within minutes by Bear and I’m so glad he saw us! He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and was very eager to help us find the perfect suv! We had our young kids with us and he was patient when they got a little crazy, he was kind, helpful, funny and just an amazing salesman! I have been telling everyone I know to make sure they talk to Bear! Thank you so much Bear, we love our new Pathfinder!!!!
