Middlesex Auto Service was recommended to me by a friend, and I can definitely see why. They were excellent to work with and helped me with two cars. One was repaired after an accident and now looks perfect. With the second car, they truly did everything they could to help us even though it did ultimately have to be totaled. They were incredibly helpful navigating the insurance process, communicated frequently, and were always responsive and kind. I felt I could trust them completely and knew I was in great hands. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

My car has been on the shop for more than a month. They cant find was wrong with it. They change some parts but still not running everyday we call they said we are working on it but dont get if fixes now the want to charge like a 1000 dollars. We ask for a loaner they dont want to do it either. Worst experience ever.

Middlesex Auto has been great to me. I had many issues with my vehicle and every time they took it in and had it fixed that day. If they couldn't fix it in a day, they would give me a loaner so I could get to work. Also they were reasonably priced. Most of all, they sold me a great used vehicle with less than 100,00 miles for under the market value. They are great people from the mechanics to the receptionists to the owner. Just a wonderful experience every time

I had an awesome experience at Middlesex Auto. After driving place to place being told I would have to wait hours or overnight just for a simple wheel balance I gave them a call. Even though they were about to close I was told to come in and they would do it right away. As soon as I walked in the owner and his mechanic were extremely friendly. While talking about cars for no more than 5 minutes with the owner my wheel was done. Very fair prices, super awesome people. First time coming to middlesex auto and will definitely be back again.

My wife and I have been customers of Middlesex Auto for years and years. Never have I ever been disappointed in their work. Last week I asked to have a 30,000/24mos inspection and replacement task (a lot of work). Thanks to Kevin, Jake, the kid and all the guys that get down and dirty for me.
