Middletown Nissan Service

Very disappointed with this dealership. I can't wait for my lease to end, I have for 4 car from this dealership and the last 2 I wasn't happy about . Service department I'm trying to get my car for a oil change and they just hang out the phone. I don't think I get another car from this place

There is a dishonest business culture. My Nissan Rogue Sport takes 4 quarts of oil when the oil and filter are changed together. The service department always charges for 5 quarts. The last time I visited, they charged me for 6 quarts. When I complained to the department, Nate from service said that they usually use 4.7 quarts, and that when they go over 4 quarts by any amount, they must charge for 5 (as if it is perishable or doesn't come from a big drum). Well, if they did use 4.7 quarts, the dipstick would show overfill, and it never does, so I see no evidence that they use 4.7. I complained. In response, instead of returning the money that they had overcharged me when they charged me for 6 [at $6.70/qt], they offered a free oil change. So, I must continue to be a customer in or

Terrible experience bringing my car in for a recall. Nothing was explained to me.

Every time I come to this dealership, I feel treated like gold. From the buying experience, to service visits. 5 start service. The rest of the dealerships need to take a lesson from this dealership. I'm definitely going to buy my next car here.
