Midnight Sun Towing - Anchorage, Palmer, Wasilla, Eagle River

I requested a tow at 6 in the morning, and the dispatcher was very helpful. I had Shu arrive and he was very professional and proactive. Shu was very cooperative and I was pleased with the level of communication he had while assisting me. Great service and great people. 02/20/2026: Google Review won’t let me write another review for the same service….wild lol. I was in need of another tow, AJ is a great person. Communicates really well, fantastic at reassuring me how everything will go and also super personal. This is my second time getting towed and both times have been completed with excellence.

Jeff came and towed my daughter’s car . He did a phenomenal job and super speedy literally less than 5 minutes and he was ready to go! He gave a step by step run down of what he was going to do to the car and it definitely made it feel more secure. His customer service was on point and his social skills felt very welcoming! Thank you jeff!!

We had Jeff tow our snap on tool box and large safe today. He’s absolutely amazing! He’s kind and very well organized and timely. He was cautious and mindful about not scratching or denting either.
