Brought our Jeep Wrangler to Mid Valley, with an unknown issue that felt overwhelming to us and they were quick to diagnose and very knowledgeable. We were pleasantly surprised with how fast they got us in and completed the repairs. We were treated as high priority through the process. Highly recommend for a trust worthy shop in the valley!

They’ve helped me with some really complicated issues and didn’t give up when they couldn’t immediately replicate the problem. It resulted in a new transmission - and they were so patient in dealing with my third party insurance! I go to them for routine maintenance as well - everyone is always so nice and they are trustworthy! I recommend Midvalley to everyone.

After I did my own brake pad and rotor replacement on my car (2011 Toyota Prius), I took it to them because the brakes were stuck. It turns out I did everything correctly, the E-brake was just pushed all the way in and I hadn't noticed (a dumb mistake, which I hadn't noticed because replacing the brakes took a long time during limited spare time during several weekends outside of work, so it was weeks since I had pushed the brake in). Anyway they said the brake job I did was alright, but I had a brake fluid leak, which I had never seen before in the 2 years since I owned my car. They said I needed to replace the front 2 calipers to fix this leak. This cost me over $1000 to replace 2 calipers, which agreed to (the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of less), because I was busy with

Had a pleasant experience and reasonably priced job done. They were easy to book - clear about what needed done and providing pictures and communication along the way. THEN they called a few days later to follow up and make sure everything was above board. WOW.
