I have only been in Billings for 4 years and have struggled in the car buying process since. It was the most relieving feeling doing business with Midway Auto. Joseph Lodine introduced me to Jake Cervantes and he was able to get me into a vehicle that is perfect for myself and my kids. Extremely happy to say that I’ve found the dealership and shop I will use for every situation.

Midway Auto literally saved me from having a future issue with my vehicle. I got an oil change from another place in town and my car started to shake really bad and make strange noises after the oil change. I called Midway (we bought our vehicle from them) and explained what was going on. They told me to come in right away and then would look at it. Long story short, the place who did my oil change put in 3X the amount of oil in my car and put clean oil on top of dirty. Midway redid my oil change (with my permission and correctly) and provided proof via photos and videos of that places mess up. I ended up getting refunded from that other place. Let's just say, I will be coming to Midway from now on for oil changes. They said if I didn't bring it in when I did, it could have been a serious

Blake and Jacob in the automotive service department are wonderful to work with. They listen to concerns and ask queations. When I have follow up questions or concerns they are quick to get my vehicle in for inspection. They even picked up my vehicle and dropped it off the same day. I didn't have to leave work at all. I highly recommend checking them out.
