Chris and his team were able to diagnose and fix a relatively complex transaxle issue with my gen 2 Prius and replace the hybrid battery. I took it to Midwest after Eddy's Toyota misdiagnosed the issue and tried to charge me over $1000 to fix something that wasn't broken. Chris will use OEM parts and I trust him and his team to diagnose and fix hybrid related issues more than the Toyota dealership in town. I would recommend him to any other hybrid owners. They communicated clearly with me through the whole repair process and Chris provided excellent customer service. They aren't much cheaper than the dealership service department, but they did the job right when others couldn't. I'll definitely take my hybrid back.

Saved me in a pinch, replacing my low voltage battery for my Tesla. Great communication, great service, but most of all - HONEST! Saved me a couple hundred bucks letting me know a cheaper battery was in transit. Thank you, Chris!

Diagnosed my diesel issue the first time correctly and fixed it. Originally took it to another diesel shop (Dirt road) whom misdiagnosed and replaced part I put in saying it was bad along with another box sensor only to find out $2000 later they didn't fix anything. Glad I went here after that loss.

We needed to change out our Ram 3500 diesel stock fuel tank to a much larger fuel tank for the Hotshot business. Chris and the Midwest Auto diesel repair team did an inspection on the truck and gave us a detailed report. The team installed the extra capacity fuel tanks (50 & 30 gallon). I've been taking my vehicles to Midwest Auto and Diesel for a few years now after a family member recommended them. Chris is always polite and professional and I have always felt that his pricing was more than fair especially considering the quality of service, cleanliness of facilities, and ease of doing business with an auto repair shop. He has provided great service all around on 4 of my vehicles including an 09 Scion TC, 08 Corolla, 07 Sorrento, and an 02 S-10. Repairs have included everything from computer diagnostics, electrical and fuse problems, brakes, air conditioning, timing belts and water pumps and even routine maintenance. I would recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for an honest mechanic and has the desire to maintain their vehicles properly.
