I had an accident in my Audi A few weeks ago and it was really hard for me to trust somebody with the truck I love… I did a lot of research and I learned that this place was actually Audi certified, which is very rare And they also had a good reputation so I gave them a shot.. I couldn’t drive my vehicle from my house well they recommend that I didn’t so I didn’t cause more damage because there was sub frame damage and bent rims etc and they educated me with the all-wheel-drive that it would be a risk and how my insurance wouldn’t cover it so they sent a free tow truck Which came here and was a great service picked up my vehicle. I damaged my pickup truck at the parking garage on a curb. I brought it to a body shop and said it wasn’t fixable and had to replace 3 different panels and gave me an outrageous price. Midwest body shop was able to make it work and saved me a ton of money on the fix. Will definitely come here again in the future.

I was incredibly relieved to find such a reliable and professional shop during such a difficult time. They repaired my Tesla properly and with great attention to detail. From my first interaction with Jesus, the Manager who called and explained the entire body repair process to the early delivery of my vehicle, the experience was warm, friendly, professional. The driver who dropped off my car was truly kind and even offered bring back the trash bins from the curb. I declined and he did it anyway. He was so customer focused. I have not experience this level of customer service in a long time. This shop has trained all of their staff with exceptional customer service skills and how to make a customer feel comfortable with the full service from beginning to end, especially since I’ve never had to have body work repairs in the past because I’ve never had an accident.
