Went here to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Met with Adrien (Sales Manager). Nice guy, friendly, and no pressure. Took the car for a drive and found the oil cooler was leaking (common Grand Cherokee issue). Advised Adrien of this and offered to let them fix it as long as I could still qualify for the 30 day warranty they offer on the engine and transmission. I was even willing to pay sticker price if they could do this. He said he talked to the boss and he said he would take $500 off but I would not get the 30 day warranty. First, the oil cooler is a $900 job at a dealership, second, I was willing to pay sticker, and third, I was going to finance thru them which means they get a kick back of a few hundred dollars from the bank. Jennifer was amazing at answering my questions and even crawling under the vehicle to take pictures for me when the temperature was in the teens. She went above and beyond for me and made me feel like I was buying my dream car from a friend. I never felt like she was just trying to make a sale. I had the car 3rd party inspected, which when mentioned she encouraged I do for my own piece of mind. The report showed a few small things that could be repaired in the near future so she called for approval to get them taken care of by going in 50/50 on those repairs. Came to Midwest Motorsports in search of a couple of cars they had on the lot and came in with a surprise of another car that was just listed that my son fell in love with. Adrien helped us through the whole process allowing me and my son to test drive multiple vehicles to compare them and made the entire process very easy. Buyer Beware – Very Disappointing Experience I purchased a 2012 Dodge Challenger from Midwest Motorsports. Within 24 hours of purchase, I identified multiple significant issues with the vehicle and immediately contacted the salesperson to report them. I was advised that management would be notified and that I would receive a follow-up. That follow-up did not occur. We recently purchases a 2016 Ram ProMaster City cargo van from M-M. Roberto and his staff took great care in making certain that our expectations were taken care of (the van had 75k miles and needed the appropriate maintenance done prior to purchase) the paperwork and all aspects of our purchase went really smooth as well as any follow up. Typically we’d avoid smaller dealers but this time we did very well. We will be making more purchases in the future.
