We have purchased 2 travel trailers from Midwest RV. Our salesperson Vince was absolutely amazing very kind answered all of our questions and went out of his way to make us comfortable. The service department is great and they have always been so accommodating getting our RV in when it has been convenient for us. Literally everyone we have come in contact at Midwest RV have been so friendly, kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend anyone wanting to buy a used or new RV come here they are all just wonderful.

Very happy with our RV purchased from Midwest. We’ve been looking for a few years and found our HC Montana at Midwest . Our salesman BJ was great to work with. Friendly and professional. Colin our walk thru technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Danielle in Finance was awesome and explained everything and do not try to sell us on add one. As a repeat customer at Midwest RV, having bought two campers and referred two customers who bought campers, I was initially disappointed with my recent 2023 Raptor Toy Hauler purchase. The camper had some cleanliness and minor mechanical issues, and the hitch installation needed adjustments. I hoped these would have been addressed before leaving the lot. However, Midwest RV was very apologetic and worked diligently to resolve my concerns. They’ve also committed to working with staff to improve services. I genuinely appreciate their sincerity and efforts to make things right. While there’s room for better quality control, their response shows they value customers. I’m hopeful Midwest RV will continue to improve and deliver the great experiences I’ve had before.
