They are not very observant or transparent communication is horrible and they overcharged me steer clear

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called ahead and specifically asked for an alignment. At no point did he explain that the price he quoted ($120) was only for the front. There was no clarification about front, back, or full alignment—nothing. That should absolutely be communicated upfront. When I picked up my car, I found out only the front was done, and I was still charged the full amount. Now I have to take it somewhere else to get the rear done too. I later found out I could’ve gotten both front and back done elsewhere for just a little more, which is extremely frustrating. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. When I questioned it, he was rude and said it’s “not his job” to ask what type of alignment a customer wants. That makes no sense—if you’re the professional
