My family has been a customer of Mighty Auto Pro for over 20 years. The service is always top notch! We tend to hang on to our cars for a while, and always appreciate their honesty when it comes to keeping our vehicles in great running condition. If you are looking for a repair shop, or just need and oil change, give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

I called on a Friday and they were able to get me in the following Monday (I ended up choosing Tuesday because of work). I already knew my brakes were nearing the end of their lifespan, and they confirmed that — no upselling, just honest feedback. Their prices were very reasonable compared to what a dealership and Conrad’s quoted me last year. (Don’t worry, I still had brake pads left - I just don’t drive a lot!) They also took the time to test drive my car, and even filled up my tires since the cold morning had triggered my pressure light. The detailed report with pictures sent was super helpful - it listed things to keep an eye on and items I can take care of later in the season. We had the 100% BEST customer service at Medina's Mighty Auto Pro! The receptionist is very courteous and helpful. The technician/mechanic put us at ease and clearly answered all of our questions. He gave a reliable estimate of when our car would be ready to be picked up after servicing. Their waiting room is clean and has a comfortable and friendly atmosphere (including free beverages, snacks and daily papers). They also provide an efficient and free shuttle service. The cost of our repairs was reasonable and our car is now running like new!
