Mighty Shine Express Car Wash - MacArthur

Went to the new Mighty shine in MacArthur today (First time ever) and I'm a little obsessed. The free vacuum is a plus. What would normally take me an hour or two me and Angel were able to knock out in 20 minutes.Seriously contemplating getting a pass next payday. They even have a thing that scrubs your mats real good and glass cleaner and microfiber towels free to use. I Now understand why there was always such a long line at the one in downtown Beckley. She's giving pollen free and shiny

The last three times I’ve gone through Mighty Wash in MacArthur State, I’ve only received the basic wash instead of the package I pay for with my membership. I specifically signed up for the undercarriage spray and drying, which I’m not getting. Each time I mention it, I’m told to go through the line again, which can take 20–40 minutes. That’s not a real solution. If this issue isn’t fixed on my next visit, I’ll be canceling my membership.

I’ve never seen such unprofessional behavior at a business. The female manager here spends more time flirting and running their mouth about politics than actually doing their job. It’s uncomfortable, inappropriate, and totally uncalled for — especially in front of customers. You expect good service at a car wash, not to listen to a manager try to impress people with political opinions and personal comments. It’s embarrassing for the business and disrespectful to everyone around. The rest of the crew seems to work hard, but with management acting like that, it’s no wonder things feel disorganized. I won’t be coming back until the owner gets someone in charge who actually acts like a professional.

Awesome experience!! Very family friendly and everyone was super helpful on information about the store hours! My car looked brand new

The best car wash around everyone is so nice and very sweet
