Mighty Spray Car Wash

I really want to like this place but it's hard because of reliability and transparency. I been twice in the last few months, using the self-service bays both times. In the first instance, the machine in the bay ate my quarters (50 cents). I wrote it off as an anomaly and moved to another bay. Didn't see a way to report an issue so I let it go. I was back again today to use the self-service bays again. The machine again just ate my quarters. This time I put a dollar in before I realized it wasn't registering any of the coins. The machine happily accepted my paper money and washing began. Unlike in the past, I didn't get an audible warning that the machine was running out of time so I had to scramble to find another dollar to finish rinsing the car. Best self-car wash I've ever been to. I went when temperatures were well below freezing and all equipment worked perfectly. The pressure sprayer is super powerful (strongest I've seen). The owner takes great pride in this operation.

I spent 20 bucks and it's still dirty. This is my first time to wash my car and it will be my last time to wash my car here. The other day, my car look more dirty the soap wasn’t clean, and after dry out. It looks very dirty. My car never dirty like this.

UPDATED REVIEW: Employee is very nice, not his fault. Apparently they don’t have caller id and only have one employee. Owner needs to update some stuff for sure. I have been coming to this wash for years now. Only fully touchless wash around. SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP!!!!!! Must contact someone and meet them in office to activate membership AFTER YOU PAY on the self service kiosk…. I have called over 50 times in the past 2 weeks. No response. Zero customer service. Thanks for stealing my money

The photos included were taken immediately after leaving Mighty Spray Car Wash in Severna Park. I will never use the drive thru portion of this wash again. I purchased the 2nd tier wash. In my opinion this is a complete waste of money.
