He took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. Brandon in finance was also fantastic to work with. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and very kind while walking me through all the paperwork. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to both of them. I cannot say enough great things about Cliff and Mike Shaw. He has always treated my in laws great so when I found myself needing a new car I went straight to him. He was so patient with me as I test drove all the options and then didn't end up buying any of those ones. He worked his magic to get me into a BRAND NEW Forester in the only color I wanted.
