Mike Shaw Subaru Parts Department

My key for my '02 Outback was severely worn. I wasn't even sure it was the master key since it wouldn't lock or unlock the glovebox. I provided the VIN and registration, and Shaun was able to cut a new key for me quickly and a lot cheaper than going to a locksmith! Shaun also was able to answer a couple questions I had about some parts. He was very friendly and helpful.

I recently had to order a part for my Outback. I had previously been to another Subaru dealership closer to me, but was not happy with the service I received there. I was in the area and stopped at Mike Shaw Subaru and went to the parts department. I was greeted by Shawn Watson in the parts department. Not only was he friendly, but he was very knowledgeable. I was not sure of what the name of the part I needed, but after explaining what my issue was, he was able to pinpoint exactly what part I needed. He was very thorough and efficient and his help was greatly appreciated. I will continue to go to Mike Shaw and Shawn in their parts department for anything I need for my outback. Thanks for the amazing service and for helping to pinpoint what I needed. Shawn Watson is truly an asset!

Must go to if you own a Subaru or are looking to buy a Subaru! Shawn in the parts department is very knowledgeable and always helpful! Everyone in the service department is awesome, especially Marcus, Ben, and Lawrence! I have been coming here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They fully inspect your car no matter what service they are performing. You can tell everyone here cares for their customers.

Bailey in the parts department is absolutely fantastic. Always helpful, very knowledgeable, and is able to find things that I had no chance of getting my hands on. Many thanks to that man! I have limited experience with the Service side of things, I have only gotten an airbag recall done, which went fine. Since then, I have gotten many emails and texts, with oil change specials and what not, to get me back in the doors. 5 stars for the parts department. Marcos and Jesse are helpful too, but Bailey’s the man!

Our shop has been ordering parts from Mike Shaw for five plus years now. Bailey Blaydes and the whole team have been great. They always get everything ordered and delivered in a timely manner. I've used multiple different vendors in the past, and Mike Shaw definitely is the best and easiest to deal with.
