I just want to say I have bought several cars and RV’s over the years but these guys were top notch! From my salesperson Dean, to my delivery specialist, Ralph Sr, my finance person, Jose, and the GM, Chris, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. What is even more incredible is that when there was a major hiccup on my journey home they jumped in without hesitation and made it right even thought it wasn’t their fault. A real stand up dealership that cares about thier customer experience. I am forever grateful since it was so scary buying an RV from 2 states away and I’ve never done that before. They accommodated every question, every concern I had and I cannot be happier with my dream RV. They had the exact one I wanted and she’s beautiful! I just got back after driving

Brother brought in Class A motorhome after a 18 wheeler tapped his right mirror and it was loose. Tech said mirror was broken so a new mirror was ordered. Total for part and install was $1600. After several weeks no communication. Then when brother said he was moving out of state and gave them three weeks, still no progress. It wasn’t until he told them to cancel the order is when the mirror “suddenly “ was in the shop. Upon my inspection of the “broken” mirror, we found a loose screw. Once tightened it was good as new! And, a new replacement mirror was found online for $530. How can Mike Thompson techs be so crooked?

We purchased a grand design reflection from Kit and Marcos at Mike Thompson RV in Santa Fe Springs. It was a pleasant experience with the great sales people and Michelle was great in finance. Ralph goes above and beyond at the service department. He answers any questions we have when we’re out and about an RV everyone in the parts department are Great and the service department takes care of you. Thanks Mike Thompson staff. Ryan Ott

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have purchased many expensive items over the years, including vehicles, but I have never experienced such poor service anywhere. It started with the sales manager who sold us the RV. His behavior was completely unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. Communication felt disrespectful from the very beginning. Before we picked up the RV, someone from the dealership staff scratched it and tried to poorly cover it up with white paint. I only noticed this on the second or third day after pickup. That was extremely dishonest and unacceptable. The finance department was also very shady and unclear. Nothing was explained transparently, and the whole process felt uncomfortable and misleading. Overall, this was a terrible experience

Proceed with caution in purchasing anything from Mike Thompson Sante Fe Springs. We ran into shady practice after shady practice, including lying about services provided while still trying to charge thousands of dollars. My biggest concern is that there is no leadership that takes any of this seriously. They will state they care to appease you, but no action is taken. There are a few great individuals there, but overall, I would avoid this location if at all possible and purchase from some place else.
