Sent to Mike from a dealership to check out my truck. Great service and they took the time to explain in detail my concerns. After checking out the vehicle, they gave me a great explaination of what the problem could have been. I'll drive the extra miles for this kind of service!

This place was going to charge me 300 dollars more than another shop I called. I had no ride so I had to walk a half an hour to the shop. In spite of me telling them I was going to walk to come get it, no one told me they took lunch between 12-1 with no voice-mail recording to give that information and no sign on the door. I arrived exhausted (im super out of shape) to find no one there, doors locked and no way to reach anyone. I had to wait a half hour in the heat. When I told the owner he didn't even apologize. Worst experience, the worst service I've had, ever.

Probably and arguably the best mechine in Richmond. Every time I’ve brought my car issues to them they have been efficient in their work and have reasonable prices.
