Spartan Carwash

Review is for the automatic wash. I’ve tried giving this car wash plenty of attempts, but over the past 4 years I’ve had maybe one decent wash. There’s a horrible film that shows up as soon as it’s dry, especially on the windows. In the areas that tend to hold water (around windshield wiper tracks up front and other area as well) once dry, there is a crispy white residue resembling salt. The bottom blaster that is supposed to clean wheels do not clean them. My whole bottom of my car is stays dirty. I do drive slowly through that area. For $15 that is suppose to give you the full treatment, it’s a big No.

Plan on spending 25% more here. I used the middle self service stall. 1) it took 8 coins to get to the initial startup (supposed to be 6) , so basically every 8 coins you put in you only get credit for 6 . I put them in slowly to be sure. 2) it takes forever to change from one function to the next ( tire/degreaser to power soap for example) and a couple of the functions didn't even have the desired chemical. I took $12/quarters with me , ended up cashing in for another $10 /quarters to complete my wash. I won't go back.

I went thru the automatic car wash today and chose the $8, but was charged $10. Then there was soap and barely a rinse and a Thank you! It didn't get anything off my car and no blow dry for charging $10. Very upset and hopefully it gets resolved!! Wow no response! Definitely Richmond for ya! Anyway still not a good clean experience, u could at least have good smelling soap so it's a little more enjoyable.

I'm new to the Richmond area, have used your car wash four times in 3 months. Loved it the first time I used it, second and third time not so much, not enough soap. Loved it the 4th time plenty of soap. Why is that the soap is low sometimes? Good pressure. Live between Richmond and Excelsior Springs but closer to Excelsior and looking for a really good car wash have four vehicles will travel.

Don’t use your debit or ATM card there you will be over charged and they’re pretty much impossible to get a hold of him and want to correct it
