From the very beginning with the estimate and ordering parts, the progress of the work and photos of the finished job. Mike’s work is beautiful! I could just repeat word for word all of these other glowing reviews. I had to leave my car with Mike and Jackie after hitting a deer not far from the shop. I live 5 hours' drive away, yet I felt I was in very good hands the whole time. Jackie did a great job keeping in touch and also had a good relationship with the insurance adjustor, which was a big help. She was very easy to deal with. And Mike's work is just great. The car looks and feels just like it did before the accident. I recommend these folks highly.

They did a great job for us. We needed to manage the repairs from 700 miles away on behalf of a family member. The quality of the work and customer service were great. Great experience from start to finish! Mike did an amazing job fixing some cosmetic issues, and the finished product came out spotless. Jackie was great at communicating price, keeping us up to date when parts would be delivered because so much was out of their control, and being overall super friendly!
