I truly wish that I could give Sawyer more than a five star review. On a crisp 7* evening in between Christmas and new years at approximately 1730 hours, we shredded our serpentine belt on a 2021 Nissan rogue. Sawyer answered and gave us the run down, he went ABOVE and beyond in helping us get a tow when we kept getting disconnected with AAA to make it the seven miles from where we stopped to his shop. He connected us with his partner in a sense, Kurt from Cooks Towing. We were out of the cold and at his shop within the hour, even though we had no idea where we were generally at being on a road trip from NH to Pittsburgh.
