Jesse and Shawn are excellent with customer service and auto repairs (crew in the garage - excellent). Understanding of the issues with the vehicle, ensuring that only what needs to be repaired is done w/o all the extra noise sometimes found elsewhere. Flexibility with hours is awesome too! After moving to town and having a bad experience at a national chain for an oil change, Mike’s took care of me. Being new to town we needed a local auto repair and place for regular car service. Mike’s is the place. They got me in quickly for my oil change, didn’t push unnecessary work, and showed me what upcoming work was going to eventually be needed so we could be prepared.
