If you're looking for a great shop to have your hotrod worked on, Ron Russo and his guys are the ones you want to take care of your machine! They will find a way to make things right no matter the challenges! My custom 1965 Dodge Monaco, w/ a 426 Hemi/4-speed, needed a complete suspension/steering rebuild, along with a dual master cylinder brake conversion. The Russo team did a phenomenal job navigating all the problems that popped up along the way (such as incorrect &/or unavailable parts for my car), and also caught some potentially disastrous issues (faulty wiring) in the process! A recent road hazard damaged my tire beyond repair right on Cty H near WI 120. Larry's Towing came out very quickly after my call and loaded my vehicle up on his flatbed tow truck. He got me over to Russo, who kindly took my vehicle in with little advance notice. As it was late afternoon, they got my tire assessed and a replacement ordered to be delivered the next day. By 3pm, they had the tire mounted and got me back on the road! Very honest, helpful folks to work with and special kudos to their desk gal who kept me updated on the phone! We are currently sitting outside Russo Automotive, but already thankful for their kindness and professionalism. Our Camper van engine stalled while we were visiting Lake Geneva from Chicago, so it is an emergency! The owner was kind and asked his mechanic to do a diagnostic even they did not have anytime to spare for another week with their current schedule.
