Ridersville Cycle

In 2024 I bought a Kawasaki KLX 300SM at Ridersville Cycle, and recently I traded that bike in for a Kawasaki Mule Pro-FXT 1000 UTV. In 2024, I dealt with then owner and head salesman Harold, and found he was fair, honest, and interested in providing the best deal you will find anywhere on such machines, i.e., charging no extra fees whatsoever to run up the actual sale price as EVERY other dealer does to varying degrees. My wife also met and liked Harold. Unfortunately, when I returned to Ridersville looking to trade my bike for a UTV, I learned that Harold had recently passed away, but the dealership still treated me just as fairly as Harold did. It's difficult for me to understand why some other commenters took time to write negative reviews apparently upset about Harold's "small talk"

I couldn’t thank these guys enough for what they did today. They didn’t have to but they saved me from the side of the highway when I ended up getting a flat tire . This is the place to go for any of your services and or getting yourself a new bike!!!! They treat you like family . Hands down the best services

I saved $2,300 on a 2024 Can-Am Ryker Rally compared to Northern Virginia dealers who add on $1,100 in delivery, $250~$350 setup, $600~$900 administrative fees. Dawn was easy to communicate with by phone and email, and even got one of their guys to deliver the trike. Awesome. It's now my first choice for motorsport new vehicles. Called about a shock seal warranty i was told it would be covered as long as theirs no damage caused to cause it to leak. Dropped it off on Saturday. Wednesday I called because I remembered theirs an active recall for steering wheel and wanted to see if that could be taken care of while it was there. He said yes we can do that to and parts are orderd to fix the shock issue just waiting on polaris. 3 weeks went by never got a call about anything.so I call in to ask about it he said yeah steering wheel is fixed but the shock isn't covered. So I was told when I dropped it off it should be covered then again when I called it I was told the parts were orderd but now its not covered? So I went to puck it up then installed the totally wrong steering wheel so I aske for my old one back in the box

I brough in my KTM for a software flash that enables quickshifter functionality. Justin did good work installing the feature and missing software updates, despite an odd electrical issue that interrupted progress. The final result was not without problems but Justin made sure I could return on my own schedule and quickly resolved the remaining glitches. Friendly, prompt service, extremely reasonable labor rates and a very good experience overall. I'll be returning for service on my other bikes.
