Mike's Carwash

My sister took her truck through the car wash like she has a 100+ times before and truck was pushed out of the tracks and put Hugh gouge marks in her passenger door. After all is said and done Mike's has denied to repair her$3200 dollars of damage. In the same time period another truck was damaged with the same denial on repairs. It's really sad to say that none of our family and friends will be using Mike's again. Beware

So My wife took our showroom condition 22 GMC Yukon to the Evansville IN location and the next morning I was getting in to drive it and noticed that a piece of the washing rag material was caught in the passenger front head light with a scratch on 3 dents all within less than a half an inch away. I took photos and went there to file a claim. Of course the denied it . The never called me back answered the phone or returned my calls to even explain . I had to force a call to another department to find out approximately 9 days later. I recommend staying away from there unless you drive a beater because they will not fix any damage they cause your vehicle As you can see this is a zero accident show room condition and there is no gap in the headlight area as stated by someone

I just paid $29 for the ultimate clean and my suv is still filthy. That's a lot of money to not even have a decent clean on it.

Well… I’m not really impressed with the quality of the prep done before entering the wash. And the wash job done on my Jeep JL is actually disappointing. Most of that could be avoided with the proper prep work - on EACH SIDE AND THE BACK of the vehicle, not just the driver’s side! I left dirty and disappointed. Mike’s is too expensive to get a wash that is incomplete and lacking. They re-washed my Jeep, but once again they didn’t prep it properly before the re-wash! I can say that I won’t be back to waste my time and especially my money!

My wife has been having her cars washed here weekly for years until today. She had her car washed yesterday and the wash didn’t do a very good job, the hood and trunk deck were dirty. She went back today to ask if they would run the car again to remove the dirt. The attendant said they could not since it was yesterday, asked to see the manager and he refused, said there policy was same day only. My wife commented that she has been a regular for years, but he wouldn’t budge. Went through the Lucas Carwash and it cleaned it much better. Looks like we’ll be using Lucas instead of Mikes from now on.
