Mike's Collision Center

Mike is a good guy! On vacation in St. Augustine, I scraped by bumper on a curb causing the sheathing below to get loose. Mike was one of the two body shops open on a Sat and we went to him. He was very transparent, and even though he knew we were returning to Georgia the next day and he would not get our business, took time to lift up the car and look at the sheathing. He gave us good advice on both being safe and also not unduly worried, and declined to accept any payment.

On Wednesday 2/4/26 my 2024 Tundra was towed to Mike's collision from the SJCSO after it was involved in an accident with a deer. On Friday 2/6/26 my insurance provider (Progressive) notified me that Mike's Collision was not one of their authorized dealers. I contacted Mike's Collision that same day around noon on Friday 2/6/25 asking if any release needed to be signed for my truck to be picked up. They notified me I would have to drive over and sign a release in person, which I did that same afternoon on 2/6/26 at their office. On Tuesday 2/10/26, I received a piece of certified mail from Mike's collision with a LIEN on my truck for $677 for their tow. When I called over to Mike's Collision and confronted them, they claimed "The tow was cancelled at the owners request". This is a LIE the

Today I went in to get an estimate after an Auto Mechanic caused unnecessary damage to my Fiat while doing an AC repair. Shawn was very helpful and provided me with valuable advice. Thank you!

Had a great experience here! Brought my car in for a damaged fender flare and also wanting some paint fixed on the side mirror. They were transparent and communicated, got the work done quickly, and were affordable. Will definitely be using again and highly recommend.

The folks here really know their stuff. I had a minor repair needed and Mike found the problem almost immediately, got under the car himself and fixed the problem. I was on premise for 20 minutes and on my way. He told me no change and have a great day. A friend recommended them and now I see why.
