Mike's is great. The people are super friendly, helpful, and fair. I've been to them many times now and it has always been a great experience. They're happy to take your call and figure out the best option for you. I am definitely happy with the speed of repair and quality of repair every time.

These guys have been great both times I've been. First time, ac compressor replacement took twice as long since they had to pull the engine out. They still only charged the original quote eating additional labor cost. The second time I came in for what i thought was a wheel bearing and it ended up being a bad tire, they didn't charge anything for it and even swapped it to the spare so I could get the warranty replaced from the tire shop. When you find a good and honest mechanic you keep it.

Everything was clear, transparent, and professional. What really stood out was how they conduct their business—you can genuinely trust them. The atmosphere is comfortable, the communication is excellent, and it’s obvious they care about doing right by their customers. They recently replaced the battery in my Audi, which isn’t an easy task given the location in a foreign luxury SUV and they even reprogrammed it afterward. He gave me a quote upfront and that’s exactly what I paid. No surprises.
