I was getting concerning alert messages from my car and needed to know if it was safe to drive. The dealership couldn't see me for 2 weeks, but I remembered how nice this place was when I got my sticker renewed, and decided to call to ask them if they could do a quick check for me. They told me I could come right over, and within moments checked my issues out, let me know I was fine and didn't charge me anything. (My dealer let me know via phone that the messages I was getting were common due to the very cold weather we've had lately.) And Mike was just so pleasant. He turned a stressful situation into a sigh of relief. THANK YOU!

I went to this location last July to have my blower motor replaced. Since then, it's broken down four times in less than a year. Each time, the owner claimed to “fix it,” but clearly whatever was done wasn’t a lasting solution. I’ve spent over $600 on this issue, and now, here we are again — June — and the blower motor is broken yet again. The worst part? When I went back just two months ago, the owner told me not to come back. That’s incredibly unprofessional, especially considering the issue was never truly resolved in the first place. I originally thought he was being helpful, but it’s clear now this was just about taking my money. I’m left with a broken blower motor and no support. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — go somewhere that stands behind their work.

Best place in town if your looking for state inspection they are quick have you in and out less than 10 mins

I needed to get a state inspection for my car, the appointment I placed at Monroe Auto Service was not honored and I was desperate to get this out of the way. Luckily I found about Mike's, I was in and out in less then ten minutes. Very happy.
