I paid about $2,000 for a catalytic converter replacement. After the repair, I went to an emissions testing shop. They opened my hood and found a shop tool sitting under the hood, on top of the engine bay. They handed it to me and said it had been left there. Right after the catalytic converter work, I began experiencing a hood vibration or flutter at highway speeds. I returned to Mike’s multiple times for this issue (drop off, pick up, repeat). We have been a customer of Mike for over 25 years and cannot say enough good about him. He is a skilled, honest, and amazing mechanic! We have had many vehicles over the year and Mike has done an amazing job fixing them up in a timely manner. We had an issue a few years ago that I especially appreciate his detective work and perseverance in solving. We went to visit some family in Oregon one summer and drove there in our "new to us" (recently purchased) 8 year-old van. The transmission went out during our stay there and we were stuck a couple of weeks while a local shop in Oregon fixed it. Can’t say enough good things about Mike and his shop. My most recent repair, dealer claimed it needed a new engine, would have cost me about 14k to fix if I had listened. Took it to Mike and he came back and said all it needs is a new High Pressure Fuel Pump, after that, car runs and works great. I found Mike when I lived in American Fork 2 years ago, I have since then moved to Herriman and I keep coming back because of his honesty and integrity. That honesty and integrity carries into his team. Mike will absolutely tell you what your car needs, and what you pay is what you pay, if you need a second opinion ever, take it to Mike.

Trusted and won't lie to you. I have been taking my car to Mike's for years. This guy is so busy but still always takes the time to talk yo you personally about whats going on with your car. Can't say enough good.
