Milestone is the best around! They are timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. I wouldn’t trust my girl with any other shop around. They completed an oil change, steering stabilizers, new tires, and alignment within a few hours and she drives like the dream machine she is. Give ‘em a call! 10/10

My company purchased a F-350 flatbed from Houston, which I flew out from Florida to retrieve. I made it to Mobile where I stoped overnight and resumed my drive the next morning. 20 minutes into the drive on day 2 the check engine light came on and the truck started misfiring. I called Rick at milestone and explained the situation and without hesitating he told me to bring it in and he’d start on it right away. There was no tire kicking or unnecessary diagnosis to hike the bill. They swapped out my coils, checked the oil, test drove it and I was on my way. Milestone turned a bad situation into a minor inconvenience which was made easier in their comfortable waiting room with some delicious coffee.

Cody and his team were very knowledgable and helpful to inspect the brake pad that was squealing. Coming to the conclusion all was ok. For a traveling family with car issues, it is reassuring to locate a business and team members who are honest and willing to help.

I normally don't do reviews unless it's needed!! So I must say that this is a GREAT👍🏾 👌🏾place to take your vehicle for maintenance!! Absolutely GREAT staff, Nick is a very cool, patient & respectful guy!! He answered every question I had with absolute honesty!! They get the job done in a timely manner every time I take my vehicles!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Wow, what a great experience Rick and Nick really know how to run a business ! They were so friendly and honest they diagnosed my Volkswagen Atlas and found nothing mechanically wrong . It turned out to be a computer malfunction and rather than throw a bunch of unneeded parts on that they could have charged me for and I would have never known the difference, they showed great integrity and referred me to the dealership. The total charge was $0, incredible. I have already referred someone to them and will use them as my go to in the future. If you are looking for honesty this is the shop for you! Thanks Rick and Nick!
