I called about five different tow companies, and they were the only ones who actually came through, and they arrived the fastest. When they got there, they were incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. The driver even came with a friend to make sure everything was handled smoothly. They treated my car with care, worked efficiently, and the price was very reasonable. After such a stressful situation, their calm and helpful attitude made a huge difference. I truly appreciate their service and will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable tow.

I hit a bad pothole on southern state parkway and got a flat around 12am Friday night. I tried calling AAA and they said no tow trucks till 7am. I called Milestone and got very fast service at a reasonable price. Joan did a fantastic job. Thanks for your help and all the best.

Literally looked up tow companies near me Thursday night in Island Park & found this company! I was stranded in the cold for 1 hour and a half with my kids due to my battery dying in the middle of a parking lot. I tried to get help from the people around the area before calling this company, they came within 35/40 minutes and the price was GREAT. $150 for a tow ? you can’t beat that, they’re the best !!! definitely will be referring them to family & friends. Great service, Great workers overall 10/10.

Great service all around. Very friendly showed up to drop off my car and pick it up within the hour. Every other company that I called couldn’t go until the following day. Really appreciate their help and would highly recommend.
