WARNING: Extreme Misrepresentation and Lack of Professionalism We drove three hours for a 10:00 AM appointment specifically scheduled to purchase a 2019 Ford F-250 advertised on their website. The entire experience was a catastrophic waste of time, defined by consistent misinformation and unprofessional conduct. Upon arrival, the truck was absent. We were given four contradictory excuses for its non-presence over the course of a 90-minute wait: The owner was driving it to get serviced for our visit. Someone was actively on the way back with the vehicle. It was currently being detailed. Finally, after over an hour and a half of waiting, a staff member admitted the truck was "getting spark plugs" and was not driveable, yet still offered to show it to us. WE DID NOT OFFER ANY PRICE!!!
