Cautionary Review - Please Read Before Visiting I had a concerning experience with Millennium Auto Care in Brentwood, and I feel it's important to share for the benefit of others in the community. In September 2025, I was steered to this shop by a AAA-contracted tow truck driver who strongly recommended it over a AAA-approved facility. I later realized this may have been a referral with personal incentives -- a red flag in any service industry. The shop diagnosed my car and quoted nearly $1,200 in repairs, demanded cash only, and refused to take a credit card for the diagnostic fee. That alone raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. This wasn't my first bad experience with Millennium. Their coupon price is false and misleading. It stated an out-the-door price of $50, but in actuality they charge an additional $10 if you need a STAR smog as well as a 3.99% credit/debit card fee. Neither one of these fees is noted in fine print anywhere on the coupon. They completed the service fast so they did a good job but had I known the true pricing I would've went elsewhere. So just be aware of the true price before you blindly trust their coupon like me.

I took my daughter's 2015 Honda Civic to get a smog check today and had a great experience. Mr. Hameed was invaluable and efficient throughout the process. He guided us through the necessary steps and ensured everything was done quickly. We appreciated his friendly demeanor and professionalism. Overall, it was a smooth visit, and I felt relieved that the smog check was completed without any issues. Thank you. I will be coming back for more services.

These folks are the real deal. I brought my car in sounding like a dying goat—left sounding like a purring kitten. No upsells, no nonsense, just honest, skilled work and good people. They explain things in plain English (not “mechanic-ese”) and don’t make you feel dumb for asking questions. Fair prices, fast turnaround, and zero sketchy vibes. I always try to support local small businesses whenever possible, but this time I was greatly disappointed. I initially called in and asked how much an oil change would cost and was told between $70-90. Okay fine I show up first thing Monday morning and then get a quote for $150. I asked why the difference in price and I was told it was for synthetic oil….Okay I told him the make and model of my car when I called, he then went on to state that the oil alone would cost $90. Does he think I’m stupid, you can google the cost of the oil to verify how much it costs. Bottom line nobody likes the bait and switch.
