Worst place ever for coverage unless you need it in a bind (not even then). Your best bet is to pay the higher prem an go with a more recognizable company that has a better BBB rating then this place. I paid $100/mo for 2 cars. With my 2 cars & renters $500 for 6 mos. Key insurance they crocks point blank.

I took my son to get insurance on his first car and got the best deal on his policy. It was half the price of a few other places I called. We got all our questions answered and the policy setup in less than 15 minutes. Great friendly service.

Will allow outside agency's other then you to adjust your policy according to how they see fit. And I don't appreciate this location trying to tell me what Kind of insurance I need and how it is beneficial to me to pay for the most expensive insurance. I have really become annoyed with this insurance company and I would advise along with myself to switch to a more reliable and less insisting environment.

Apparently a new company bought out what used to be miller went to go pick up 30 day liability insurance like I have for the past five years the woman seemed to have an attitude and said I couldn’t get insured because the title was in my mothers name I explained I’m buying it from her and the title won’t be in my name until it’s paid off also that every year I come here to get insurance and never had a problem she explained that this new company bought out miller and that it’s “illegal” to insure me because of the title also demanded to know the exact address the car would be parked at? anyways I took my business elsewhere and had zero problems very strange experience miss the old miller
