Mills GMC Buick Parts & Service

This was to be a routine oil change and tire rotation. One of the tire pressure sensors needed replacement, and I’d been having battery related emails from OnStar. Betsy took care of me. I had a fistful of coupons and she promised to use the one that would give me the best return. She was very easy to work with, kind, friendly and concerned that my car was at peak performance. Terrible customer service! The website never works and they couldn't return a phone call to save their lives. Cars these days have too many proprietary systems that have to be fixed be dealerships or they'd never get my business again! It's so bad that I, a loyal Chevy driver for nearly two decades will probably switch to another brand just to avoid being beholden to this business.

Oil change, fluids checked & tire rotation, check in was quick. The waiting room was pleasant & clean. Staff friendly & respectful. Checking out was also fast, they explained everything & we were on our way.

Service provided was exactly as expected. Problem was diagnosed and the solution was completed. Lynn at the service desk has outstanding customer service skills. Always good to work with.

Had vehicle service done at Mills GM. From the beginning when I drove in was greeted by Lynn and he got the information what needed to get done. They had a concern about a possible oil leak. With some further discussion we decided to just keep an eye on it for now. We have used Mills GM for several years and have always been happy with how we have been treated and taken care of. I cannot say that about the place further north. They just have never been customer driven like Mills have been!
