Purchased a 1 owner Lexus GX with very low miles in the beginning of the yr. I was told by the salesman that Milton Martin just put brand new tires on the car. I asked him “Since the tires are new… Does this mean that Milton Martin Toyota will include free rotate and balance for the life of the tires… with the purchase of this vehicle?” The salesman looked me in the eyes and said “Yes”. Now that I am ready for a R&B I called in to remind them that this should be a free service only to find out that it would not be. The service lady said sorry but we cannot do that for free. I told them I would like to speak with a manager to further discuss. The best repair shop ever with the most awesome staff! The moment I stepped foot inside Milton Martin Collision Center I was greeted by the friendly front desk receptionist. I went in for an estimate on my Lexus RX350 and didn’t wait long for an adjuster. I waited less than 30 minutes for my adjuster, Robin, to put together an estimate. She took pictures of the damage, carefully listened to the damage that I pointed out, and patiently walked me through the process with my insurance company. I knew right then and there that I wanted Milton Martin to repair my car. I was able to schedule an appointment to drop my car off within a few days.
