Mims Quality Towing & Recovery

Mims really took care of me. Brian, Chris, Bob really looked out for my car after they towed it to them. They went above & beyond for me and I really appreciate them. 10/10 hospitality

Call Monday, told me they would call back Tuesday to set a time to tow and didn't hear from them , called them Wednesday gave them all info and they said they would be out in hour to hour and a half and never even called or showed...I do no recommend them to tow you vehicle, if this is how they carry there business then they must be making to much money to care about there costumers...UPDATe after I just called again they didn't answered because I gave a bad review then proceed to text me and tell me that they called and it went to voicemail....hhhmmmm thought I didn't answere? They can't even get there story straight They lie in there response so other ppl don't think they are full of it...make ur choices wisely ppl call around..they have deleted there response saying I didn't answere now

I had got into an accident and the officers on scene used them but I will say they have been fantastic as to me being in person and on the phone the guy is awesome and knows how to treat the clients right!

every car or truck I have towed or worked on from men's quality towing I never had a problem and it's not because he's my neighbor everybody that works for Chris are friendly and very good mechanics and to you neighbor Chris thanks for everything

Very friendly, and easiest time I've ever had getting car out, (except driver put keys to n pocket and left) but he quickly sent someone with them. Very pleased, as can be when having to pay to get your 🚗 to be released.
