O'Reilly Auto Parts

I only go to O’Reilly Auto Parts two of the most knowledgeable people that I talk to are at two different locations one location you can ask for Jamie. She is absolutely amazing and has been doing this for a super long time. The other location is Greg. Greg definitely knows his vehicles and I have never had a problem with him telling me something. He is super knowledgeable. He spends time with you. He listens a lot of people get aggravated with that, but I appreciate the fact that him and Jamie spend their time trying to figure out what the issue is to get you the right part it means everything to a customer. The staff also at both locations just checks on you. They also get you what you need. I’m just used to dealing with those other two.

Every time I’ve visited this store I’ve been greeted and helped by the friendliest, knowledgeable employees you could ask for. Yesterday I needed help finding a product that would fix a battery connection. Looking at my photo on my camera of the problem and listening to my description of the situation made me feel like a valued customer. This store will always have my business!

This review goes to Frenchie. His customer service skills were above and beyond. He was very respectful and knowledgeable on what I needed done. He deserves a raise five stars for you, Frenchie. Sincerely, The Windshield Wiper Lady 😉

I hope I got the right store, but Michelle, you are an absolute legend. You went above and beyond your job to help me out when I was stranded and I cannot thank you enough. From our brief conversation in the Love’s parking lot, I wish there were more people like you. I will definitely be coming by next time I need parts.

Got my car scanned, cylinder 7 misfire. Went home and swapped #7 and #6 coil packs. Came back and the girl gave me attitude right off the bat then when she got outside refused to clear the codes off my car and scan it again so I could see if the misfire moved. She was clueless as to why she should scan it again after I didn’t change any parts and couldn’t understand the concept of a misfire moving cylinders by swapping coil packs 🤦‍♂️. I have always liked O’Reilly but won’t ever go back to this location. Much more friendly and knowledgeable at the garden street location. BTW, the misfire moved and a new coil pack fixed it
