MINI of Allentown Service Center

I’ve been doing business with this dealership for past three or four years now. All I can say is that they treat their customers as family. They are honest and respectful, and friendly. I own a Cooper S All4. They also do state inspections for Mini Cooper. Robin at the service department and staff were very courteous and helpful. Thanks Robin. 👍🏻

Outstanding from the time I walk in until I walk out. Robin and Austin are polite, caring, friendly and professional every time I come in. The mechanics make videos explaining your service. The videos are such a step above any other dealership I've gone to in over 35 + years of driving. There is a reason I drive an hour and 15 minutes to have my Mini Cooper serviced here! I never leave feeling like I got swindled. It's a great feeling!

Scheduled an oil change for my 2025 Mini Cooper S 2D HT. I spent 2.5 hours at the dealer. What I enjoyed most were the detailed videos from the mechanic working on my Mini. I was most surprised about the price for inspection/emissions, tires, and other suggested work. Having a 2025 with 16k miles, and hearing I needed over $2k in additional work was interesting. I declined additional work and left with a free oil change. Gonna take my Mini to another shop for Inspection/Emissions and do more research on tire costs.

Fantastic experience at Mini with my service advisor Robin. My 2013 experienced a failed module and lost all lighting control. The dealership quickly diagnosed this as a recall issue. They explained the procedure and offered a few other services. Work was done quickly and correctly. Received the car in perfect condition. They kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Very efficient and will definitely return in the future.

I had excellent service provided on my recent Cooper Mini visit. My appointment had to be changed due to the weather. They cheerfully gave me a new day and time. There was a mechanic’s work available on my phone; covering the whole service done, a print out of the cost of mechanics time and the supplies used.
