MINI of Anchorage

Great experience buying from here! Alex brought the car I was interested in inside prior to my arrival so I could get a good look at it out of the elements. Once there he was very patient with all of my questions about it and was very knowledgeable about anything I threw at him. He took me on a nice and long test drive so I could make up my mind. The price that they set was very fair so I didn't feel the need to haggle. The finance guy was also very personable and helpful. They were very low pressure about purchasing, financing options, and buying add-ons which was very much appreciated. All told I think I was only there for about 2 hours. One of the best dealer experiences I've had--I hope the service center is equally as good, but that remains to be seen.

The service rep made sure the mini went through a recall and service in a timely manner for pickup by friends. Payment was easy. Received a bonus car wash which was much appreciated. We call our mini Chili Peppa and she was ready for a road trip from Anchorage back to Homer looking hot and running well.

I'm trust in my Mini. She made my everyday is wonderful. When I'd got a problem she still work good.
