I had an outstanding experience buying a Mini Cooper from this dealership, despite being based in Boston while the car was in Nashville. From the very first call, everything was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. I initially contacted the dealership by phone on a very busy Saturday. Chris, the salesperson, took the time to answer all my questions and, without hesitation, sent me a detailed video of the car early Sunday morning—even though the dealership was closed. Very informative, definitely knows what he's talking about and is able to answer pretty much any questions you might have. I don't know if we'll end to buying the car, but a great dealership experience has a huge role in the purchasing decision for us.
