The Mini service department is OUTSTANDING. I can't tell you how reassuring it is to have Ashley G. taking care of my car when it needs service. She communicates status and genuinely cares about customer service. The mini techs are great and will even swing by the service counter if you have questions about what they did or what they think about future maintenance on an item. They're all honest and care about their customers. In the automotive world, honesty and trust (from my experience) are pretty rare and so this is something else to mention that I appreciate. Strict policy and no negotiation. Horrible trade in offer no negotiation. Car been listed for 200 + days .At least I thought I get a fair trade offer. If you want to give a dealer all the advantages and low ball your vehicle this is the perfect place to go .I have purchased over 20 vehicles in my life and have never dealt with a place that everything is their way or the highway .salesman Eric was awesome salesman but was limited due the Company strict my way or the highway policy . Dont do business with this place unless you want to give your car away and pay their no haggle price for their vehicle .Maybe one day they will change their tactics but for now not worth the hassle . The team was very professional and patient with my purchase. They answered all my queries and concerns and were very responsive from the get go.
