The work itself is good and I have no issues. However, communication about timeline of repairs was terrible. I was told after estimate that repairs would take one week. After dropping off car on 2/16 I was then told it would not be done until 3/2. When I called that day to inquire about picking up car I was informed it would take an additional week. I finally picked up car on 3/6. My one week repair took 3 weeks. I realize that delays can happen but communication about the reason for delays would have gone a long way.

The best experience I've ever had getting work done to my car. They were very professional and didn't rush the inspection on my car for an estimate so it was very accurate and close to the final price! The work was very well done, done quicker than expected, and they even cleaned my interior! I hope I don't need body work done again but if I do I'm going here no doubt!

Would absolutely recommend! A tree fell on my car during a storm, shattered one of the windows, and dented up the roof and sides. When I took it in to get an estimate of the damage, Minton vacuumed out all the glass and covered the broken window with plastic for free! They worked really closely with my insurance (I have USAA) and with the car rental place to make the whole process super convenient. It took about a week to get my car in to start repairs, then the repairs lasted about two weeks and my car looks good as new! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and communicative for the whole process.

I hit a deer on a Sunday night. I filed with my insurance on Monday morning and stopped at Mintons to ask about an estimate. They took pictured right then and there and had an estimate to me within a few hours. Then we scheduled the repairs. Repairs were made in the time frame they told me and my car was returned looking good as new. Customer service was EXCELLENT! They answered all my questions very professionally. I even had to go back a few days later as my sest belt height adjuster was stuck and not working properly. They had me come in to look at it and took time to fix it right there. Will definitely recommend Mintons to anyone looking for a repair shop. THANK YOU!

All service with this company has been great. I would recommend Mintons to my family and to you! They fixed my car like brand new. Pictures are of the slide off and my car is now perfect once again.
